“I stayed with you at the beginning of the week as part of a spa break package. I want to thank everyone who was involved with my stay because nothing was too much trouble. I hadn’t been organised and did not inform the hotel of my dietary requirements (gluten-free vegan) until the day I checked in.

I was made to feel welcome and not a nuisance. I was given a number of menu options all varied and delicious. Thank you for being great hosts and a team that pulls together and communicates well. I shall be back and will recommend you to all my family and friends – don’t worry they eat everything!”

“Booked a spa day for a birthday treat for my friend. Wow, from the moment we arrived we were treated as royalty. The staff were great, the hotel was fantastic, the treatments were to die for. We had a two-course meal included but upgraded to three, and the food was such high quality in a lovely chilled environment. We continued to use all the faculties for the rest of the day, then opted for a couple of drinks before going home. Pure heaven. Best 65 pounds I ever spent!”

“We stayed here as a couple when I was pregnant and not entirely well. We were thoroughly looked after by the hotel staff and found the Spa to be fantastic (I am a Spa Therapist and even I could not fault the treatments).

Professional and polite, the therapists gave excellent treatments and I found myself extremely relaxed and not wanting to leave. A lovely stay in a fantastic hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. This hotel comes highly recommended.”
