Business and group event reviews

Thank you so much for yesterday. The staff at Felbridge were fantastic!  The day went very smoothly all thanks to the professionalism of your staff. The delegates loved the lunch, especially the healthy options as snacks (they said in the feedback).  We all felt truly spoilt with the hot chocolate too!! As for the room – it was magnificent.  Had a great night’s sleep!

“I wanted on behalf of the 8 members of Barcombe WI to say a big thank you to all your therapists and staff at the spa & hotel. We all had a wonderful time enjoying the facilities, treatments & catering. There was a hiccup with me not having my travelzoo voucher but was efficiently dealt with. We would definitely recommend your facilities & you should all be proud of your high standard of service.”

“I wanted to say on behalf of everyone in our company thank you for a fantastic Christmas Do, from when Robin & I were personally greeted on arrival at the start of the evening to when everyone left at the end.”

“Thank you so much for organising the hire of the Birch suite for us – we had a really good event, the venue was very comfortable and the facilities were much better than I expected. The curry was really very nice and was very well received. Thanks to all the team.”

“My wife and I stayed at Crowne Plaza Felbridge while we engaged in a six-week intensive training program…The Crowne Plaza delivered our needs admirably!… All staff were beyond helpful going well beyond our expectations to meet our personal needs whenever we so requested.

It is not only the good service that impressed us. The entire team was always cheerful, friendly and helpful…we really had the idea that we were welcome and that the staff wanted our stay to be perfect.”
